Shipping Policy

We value your business and will confirm all orders within 24 hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

All standard orders ship within 2-3 business days from confirmation unless otherwise specified. Typically, orders placed before 12:00pm EST will ship within 1 business day but is not guaranteed.

P.O. Boxes

Due to the size of our products, we are not able to ship to a PO Box. Any order that has a PO Box will be placed on hold until we are provided with a residential or business address. 

Rush Shipping

Rush shipping is available for select products. Orders opting for rush shipping are sent via FedEx Express Saver or UPS 3 Day Select and usually ship the next business day, excluding holidays.

Military Discount

At #GRABDASHBAR, we support our troops. Any orders shipping to a APO/FPO/DPO address receives free shipping.

International Shipping

We currently only ship in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping options; you can opt to ship to any location in the U.S. and arrange a freight forwarder, if needed. Please note that we do not arrange freight forwarding on a customer's behalf.
