Return Policy
Select products can be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition and packaging after completing a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) request. A return will not be accepted without a completed RGA. Any return sent back without a RGA # will not be processed.
Products that do not quality for return include:
- Products that have been installed
- #DASHDEALS or clearance
- Bathtub/shower mats and treads
- Shower accessories
- Toilet seats/risers
- Safety rails/frames
- Bath sponges
- Handheld reachers
- Walking canes
- Shower seats
- Support cushions
- Bathing aid accessories
- Dressing aids
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs for the item(s) unless product is defective/damaged or received in error. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving the RGA.
If you are returning an item over $75.00, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email notification with confirmation. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please expect 10-15 business days for our team to review returned items.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a 3-5 business days.
If the original order was submitted with an undeliverable address, the refund will not include shipping costs incurred.

Restocking Fee
A general 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Elcoma 2-in-1 grab bars and Life Line Contour Shower Seats are subject to a 25% supplier restocking fee.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
Products are only eligible for replacement if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please send us an email at sales@grab-bar.com.
Depending on where you live, the time required for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We run various promotional opportunities on products to offer competitive deals. Be sure to follow us on Twitter, Facebook, or create an account on our site to stay informed. Only one promotional offer can be applied per order and must be redeemed at checkout. Discounts cannot be redeemed or adjusted after an order has been submitted.
Tax Exempt Organizations
Sales tax is collected for CT, NH, NV, OH, IL, and GA. If you are tax exempt, please email a copy of your Tax Exempt Certificate to Customer Service after you have placed you order, and we will refund you the amount.
