All Standard orders ship within 1 business day from confirmation unless otherwise specified. In many cases, orders placed before 11:00 AM EST will ship the same day.

Due to the size of our products, we are not able to ship to a PO BOX. Any order that has a PO BOX will be placed on hold until we are provided with a residential or business address. 


All orders opting for Rush Shipping will go UPS 3 Day Select.


Free Shipping is available on orders over $89.00 addressed within the Contiguous United States. Orders that qualify for FREE SHIPPING will ship at the Standard Ship speed. We ship orders via UPS Ground, please reference the map above.

Shipping Outside the U.S.

We can ship to anywhere in the world; EXCEPT nations sanctioned by US Department of the Treasury, in accordance with our C-TPAT security program.

A product can be returned within 30 days of purchase in its original packaging after completing a RGA request. Please indicate the reason for return.

A return will not be accepted without a completed RGA. All returns sent back without an RGA # will not be processed.

All returns are inspected by our warehouse, please expect 10-15 business days for us to review items.

Items that have been installed cannot be returned, there are NO EXCEPTIONS.

Items that are found to be defective or damaged are eligible for an exchange or refund.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. 
** Elcoma / Lifeline brand grab bars are subject to a 25% restocking fee by the supplier. 

Return Goods Authorization (RGA) FORM

To return your product, you must contact customer service by completing a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).


What you are responsible for...

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. You must return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the RGA.

If the item purchased is defective or if you receive an item in error, GDB will assume all shipping costs. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If order is provided with an undeliverable address, the refund will not include shipping costs incurred. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Tax Exempt Organizations

#GRABDASHBAR only collects sales tax in CT, NH, NV, and GA. If you are tax exempt please email a copy of your Tax Exempt Certificate to our customer service team after you have placed you order, and we will refund you the amount.
